Tidy Up
The tidy up of the flat is going well, I have a load of stuff to take to the dump and recycling at the weekend. I have finally dumped all my old floppy disks all the old Pascal code is long since obsolete. I have been having an online tidy up as well. I’m free, free! I tell ye. Ah the long weekend.

Monthly meeting over. Now the big decision what to have as my celebratory take-away meal this evening?
Back from my run, the first 10K is next Wednesday. Now cooking an over due meal :)

Today is as busy as the rest of the week, no wonder I am like a zombie when I get home.

I am actually feeling refreshed this morning despite the problems getting to sleep. Heading to the gym after work.

The new blood pressure pills that should stop the annoying cough are kicking my ass in the feeling tired department so will call it a night.
